I had 2 extractions completed today by Sweta the Oral Surgeon and I was amazed at her technic in navigating my huge roots!Her nurse Sara was brilliant too, especially reassuring me of what was taking place next!I have difficult teeth to deal with and have never felt so at ease especially when it comes to extractions!Best dentist I’ve ever had and believe me I’ve been through a lot of them!Thank you

I have been going to this practice for many years and they are always helpful and caring and won’t do any unnecessary work. I had to have a tooth extracted today and was a little nervous. Not of the extraction itself but of the numbness to my mouth! Both the surgeon Sweta Sumaria and nurse Sara Noorbakhsh talked me through my panic and in no time I’d had a painless tooth extraction. The whole procedure from injection to extraction was less than 15 minutes. Thank you so much.

I had a tooth extraction today and I’m happy to say it was actually fairly pleasant and pain free. I was expecting more of a rough experience as I was having quite a big/deep tooth taken out. This being said the calming music was put on and the girls went to work. Great team at Chaulden Dental Practice. Checked in by the friendly and professional reception staff. Then, the most pain free dental experience I think I’ve ever had.Oral Surgeon Mrs Sweta Sumaria, assisted by Nurse Sara Noorbakhsh carried out what must’ve been a fairly difficult double extraction of two broken rear teeth with absolute ease! Quick and painless. Thank you all very much.

I was referred to this Dentist to have two wisdom teeth removed, on arrival I explained to Mrs Sweta Sumarza that I was very nervous, she immediately put me at rest by asking me to explain why I was there and what troubles l had been having, not feeling rushed at all we started treatment to remove one wisdom tooth on this visit, after having the injections which I never felt I was talked to the entire time by the dental nurse Sara Norbakhsh who was talking to me the whole time and telling me to control my breathing her voice was very comforting. It seamed like just a minute and I was told sit up and bite down l actually could not believe that the tooth was already out. The whole procedure was a pleasant experience, would highly recommend.Collette Howlett

I had my wisdom teeth removed recently, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel calm and comfortable. The oral surgeon Mrs Sweta Sumoria and the nurse Sara Noorbakhsh explained everything clearly and reassured me throughout the process. The procedure itself was quick and surprisingly smooth — I barely felt a thing! The aftercare instructions were easy to follow. I was honestly so nervous going in, but they made the whole experience so much easier than I imagined. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Chaulden dental practice. I recently had a tooth fracture that required a fair bit of work including a root canal & crown procedure. My dentist Mrs Pooja Shah and her assistant are simply amazing. I really struggle with dental fear/anxiety and a bit of embarrassment around it but she made me feel so much at ease throughout the whole process - I can't thank her enough.I barely noticed the injections for numbing (which I usually struggle with the most), and experienced minimal discomfort during the procedures all thanks to her expertise. She was always very clear and honest in her explanations and professional throughout. The receptionist staff have also been so helpful and friendly for all my visits, I'm incredibly grateful, thank you for an amazing job once again and for restoring my smile!

Mrs Sweta Sumaria and Sara, her dental Nurse, looked after me for an emergency molar extraction. They were both fantastic. Quietly confident and efficient, they ensured that the process was over very quickly and without complications, for which I was very grateful. Mrs Sumaria clearly knows what she is doing. 48 hours later and I have no pain and would barely know that I had had a tooth extraction-other than the gap! Thank you both!

I was referred to Chaulden Dental Surgery as I am on medication that can potentially cause a jaw fracture if I need a tooth extraction. I have an extreme fear of dentists after childhood experiences in the 1960's. I need not have been afraid. Oral Surgeon, Sweta Sumaria and her nurse, Sara, gave me the best care I could have wished for. They were patient with me and gave me adequate pain relief. This is a fantastic service, reducing the long wait I was expecting from hospital waiting lists. Instead, a hospital service is brought to a local dental practise. Tooth removed, without any complications and a follow up appointment to check all was well. Thank you Maylands Dental Practise for referring me to this wonderful service at Chaulden.

Today I had to have a tooth extracted, I needn’t have worried as Mrs Sweta Samaria - Dental Surgeon and her nurse Sara were fantastic, I didn’t feel the needle going in when she injected the anaesthetic, in fact I didn’t even feel my tooth being extracted. They explained what to do when I returned home , and provided a Care Leaflet with instructions to follow , everything was explained at the start. Very professional and caring .All the staff at this Dental practice are caring and thoughtful.

Tooth extraction for a broken tooth, treated by Sweta Sumaria (oral surgeon) the appointment ran on time and the surgeon worked well to ensure the tooth came out in one piece with great care, supported by Nurse Sylvia I was given advice pre and post treatment. I was referred to Mrs Sweta Sumaria for Oral Surgery to remove a broken tooth. Being needle and blood phobic I was very nervous on arrival. Sweta was fantastic from the moment she introduced herself to the actual extratction, which was very quick and painless. I would highly recommend Sweta and Sara her nursing assistant.

Routine check-up and follow-up appointment for tooth filling. My regular dentist was on maternity leave and I had booked in with Meg, who I can say has been an absolute pleasure to have these last few sessions. A very warm, comforting and easy explanation process of everything going on to put someone like me (who's terrified of the dentist!) at ease through everything. No one wants to lose a tooth, but sometimes it is beyond repair, Sweta and Sara explained everything that will happen, and what to do afterwards. I was in and out of the surgery before the original appointment time. A superb service, absolutley no after effects.

Had a very good appointment with Nikita and her assistant Silvie. I had a deep clean which was brilliant. Must admit a little nerve pain but on the whole the best deep clean or hygienist appointment I have ever had. Given that I have teeth that are 66 years old that says something! Thank you ladies as a person who has hated seeing the Dentist all my life and have been visiting Chaulden Dentist since I was 16 that goes some. My memory of feeling the same confidence in my Dentist was when Mr Jones was the Dentist many years ago. So thank you for your care and consideration of my fear.

I phoned Chaulden Dental Practice to reschedule a check-up/pre-treatment appointment and spoke to Lauren, who was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. She did her best to secure me the earliest possible appointment, as I currently have intermittent severe toothache and, as I will be seeing a new dentist, ensured that the initial appointment would be long enough to get to know the dentist and discuss the various treatment options. She also told me in detail what the treatment would entail and what may be able to be done to temporarily relieve the pain between the initial consultation and the appointment when the treatment will be carried out. I would like to thank Lauren for her patience and reassurance.

I was referred to the NHS service via my own dentist for an upper molar extraction. I was quite surprised to find that my treatment was just down the road at Chaulden Dental Practice. I was treated by Sweta Sumaria, the Dental Surgeon. She explained the procedure carefully and in a very friendly manner. Sweta completed the extraction in what seemed like no time at all assisted by nurse Sara. I was reassured that the extraction had been straightforward with all of the tooth removed with no complications. I’ve just been to Chaulden Dental Practice to have a wisdom tooth extracted. Now being 66 I’m programmed to remember the old days, so although feeling relatively relaxed there was an underlying dread. From the first injection, which I hardly noticed, to the extraction took what seemed to be about 15 minutes. Very surprised when Sweta told me that it was over. No pain & very minimal blood on the swab. I’d like to thank Mrs Sweta Sumaria again for great job she done. If you’re reading this before attending an appointment I can tell you that you will be in very safe hands.

Was referred to this practice from my own because I needed a dental surgeon to remove my upper back tooth because there was a high risk of it shattering. Had been in discomfort and been on antibiotics. My referral was marked urgent. I was seen pretty quickly. The dental surgeon Sweta Sumaria explained everything. With time and patience she managed to get the whole tooth out without it shattering. So I didn't need the extra work that would have been needed. So was very happy about that. I found the whole practice staff pleasant and helpful and was put as ease. The dental nurse was very pleasant and also explained everything to help with the care afterwards. I was very nervous about the whole thing. But found this practice helped put me at ease with their kindness and patience. Would recommend this dental practice and surgeon.

Over the Easter break l lost a filling on a front tooth consequently leading to more of the tooth breaking away. I called on Tuesday, the 2nd of April, and got an emergency appointment in the afternoon. After expecting the tooth fracture to be smoothed and dressed to my amazement both the dentist and the dental nurse rebuilt the tooth.l cound not tell the difference. A big thank you for your great work skills and friendliness..

I was referred to Chaulden dental practice for a tooth extraction. I had previously tried saving the tooth firstly a filling but despite numbing still felt pain, then tried a root canal, but again after numbing still experienced pain, so I was so nervous & dreading having the extraction via local anaesthetic/numbing again.....BUT Sweta Sumeria was amazing, she kept me calm, numbed around the tooth & managed to extract it very quickly & with no pain at all! I really couldn't believe it! She was so sweet & reassuring I really can't thank her enough. I can highly recommend her. Thank you Sweta ~ You are amazing 🤗

I was terrified to go for my extraction, my last attempt at a different dentist was a nightmare, 2 weeks of pain and antibiotics as she just couldn't get my tooth out. Today Sweta the oral surgeon here was absolutely amazing, I was shaking with fear, thinking I was about to have the same experience. But no. 10 mins and she was done, all out, no pain, no fuss. Iam so greatful she was fantastic.

I was incredibly anxious about having my wisdom tooth out after a previous bad experience. Sweta reassured me, put me at ease & it was over, painlessly in a third of the time of my bad experience (approx 10-15mins)! It took me 3 days to be able to smile again last time (stiffly), by mid afternoon (after mid morning extraction) I was smiling again! Honestly couldn’t recommend her enough! Kind, caring, patient & skilled.

Im a very nervous patient and I don't like dentist...but I have to be honest, the staff here are amazing from the receptionist to the dental technicians, The receptionist are very polite friendly and helpful Dentist are very professional understanding and gentle, had a root taken out by Swera Sumaria oral surgeon, she spoke me all the way though it reassure me and made me fill in control. I have been going to the practice for many years, all the staff are so friendly and efficient. Particularly wanted to thank you to Maryam the Hygienist who has done a great job helping keep my gums and teeth clean and giving advice on my dental hygiene. Tee-Pee brushes are so much a part of my cleaning routine now I don’t think I will ever be without them again, sometimes dental floss just isn’t enough. Highly recommend this practice.

I would recommend this dental practice to anyone. The reception staff are friendly, accommodating and organised. My dentist, Abita, is all of the above and competent in her trade. 👍

Had a tooth pulled out today. I was absolutely petrified after a long standing fear of the dentist…no one made me feel ashamed at how I reacted, which I was very grateful for, I was shown absolute kindness and it made it all so much better. I won’t be half as scared next time :)

Dr Natasha Hayer has been my consultant for the Invisalign process. She has been incredibly helpful; offering regular appointments to check the fitting of the retainers and keeping in touch throughout the process. She has demonstrated a wealth of knowledge and has been available to answer questions I have had. I highly recommend her to others who are considering having Invisalign. Thank you Natasha! All of the staff, including the reception team and dental nurses, have been friendly and professional.

5 star service at Chaulden Dentist, I have had ongoing treatment for 2 years and I can’t fault it , the reception are so professional and friendly, I must give a special mention to Pooja she has been amazing and I am so happy with the results of my treatment ..I would highly recommend this practice.

My wife & I have been with Chaulden Dental Practise now for almost 3-years.The practise being highly recommended by my sister-in-law who has been with them for much much longer. I can honestly say that their entire operation is extremely efficient, the people professional & most importantly my teeth have never been looked after so well. I can’t speak more highly of their staff, the doctors, receptionists the dental assistants, hygienists everyone. Totally recommend this practise 5*.

I have just finished invisalign treatment with Pooja and can't recommend enough. Pooja has been really meticulous in making sure that I am happy with the results and been supportive throughout.

I have been at chaulden dental practice for over 5 years. I have always had Seema as my dentist and she is amazing. I get quite anxious when I have to have treatment but she always puts my mind at ease. She takes the time to explain everything and answers all of my questions. My children also see her and she is great with them too. She has lots of patience and my children are always excited to visit which is brilliant.

Just finished my invisalign treatment with Pooja. I'm absolutely in love with my teeth, it took me less than a year from my first consultation to finish and this is including the lockdown period when the practise was shut for 3 months. I also whitened my teeth and got some composites. The staff were helpful, always sent reminders about appointments and never let me down! Thank you to everyone at the practise, but especially Pooja for making this an enjoyable and stress free experience.

I visited the practice for the first time in quite some time, last week. Following a rather traumatic experience abroad, I had developed a bit of a phobia and was pretty terrified.Ellie on reception was super lovely and helpful, way better than some I’ve experienced at other practices and that’s what you want when you’re feeling on edge!The practice is operating extremely safe COVID measures and it couldn’t have been more hygienic.My appointment was with Pooja who could not have been more lovely and reassuring.one story short, I was back for a filling today. I’ve had a horrid black mark on my front tooth for years which has made me very self conscious and not really wanting to smile. Pooja identified the issue and today I left the clinic with a proper smile. It has totally made my Christmas. And my phobia of the dentist has eased loads. Thank you to all there do your incredible work and warm approach. Merry Christmas 🎄

Professional and courteous staff made a potential painful dentist visit smooth sailing. I understood that Covid had severely disrupted standard dental procedures nationwide and so was grateful that everything went smoothly. A text notification was received prior to my appointment as both a reminder and detailing the Surgeries Covid safe practice. I waited outside as requested and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who took my temperature before inviting me inside. Inside the practice it was reassuring to see all the appropriate measures for social distancing were in place and i wore my mask as requested whilst being checked in and taken to the treatment room. The Dentist and nurse had more PPE on than usual due to safe working practice but this didn't get in the way of them making me feel comfortable and completing the extraction without any pain. Whilst we acknowledge many services for their work during these difficult times its clear working in peoples mouths is as high risk as it can be. So thank you Chaulden Dental Practice for your own bravery and professionalism. Let's hope I don't have to come back too soon!
